I'm not sure I understand why it backfired on Chevy! Was it that people are not trusting GM, or have they drawn the conclusion that political muck-raking doesn't fly due to the up-coming elections and they are sick of it?! Or is it the fact that all they have to do is look around and see what is still looking good and running good yet?

 

Oops! Next thing you know, GM will develop a high-output V6 for their trucks...
