Will it work with a Shaker System?

I'm thinking about buying one, but I'd perfer not to have to buy a new hood. I wonder if I can find a mach1 hood and a shaker system for a combo price... that would work well...

I forgot to add that it's a 2000 model year hood.

The only place I'll probably be able to find it is a scrap yard.

 

no you do need a mach 1 hood. but there is a shaker designed to fit the 2v engine. http://karkraft.com/new_page_3.htm

 

classic Design Concepts has a similar kit for $100 more than Kar Kraft but it won't require you to purcahse en entire hood (saves from painting an entire hood too! This kit will require you to cut a hole in the hood and apply an alluminum cover to the center of the hood (to raise the hood to the correct height). take a look -http://www.classicdesignconcepts.com...splay/561.html

 

oh yeah i forgot about that one....its basically the mach 1 concept hood.
