Gettin little frustrated with my Stang...
Long story short, there is a water leak in the car that started a couple months ago (after 2 years of owning it problem free), took it to dealer about a week or 2 ago, they "fixed" it, now it's leaking again. The warranty is good through October of this year. I took the car back in to have them look at it again. I love my car but if this keeps up I don't know what I'm gonna do.
Here's my thread from the Mach1registry...
Interior water leak...
*I beat the poo outta my '02 GT with 22k miles no problems and the Mach only has 14k, I hope this thing doesn't turn into a lemon.

wow. same thing happened to me a few years ago before i had my mustang. i had a 93 chevy corsica and when i would get in the car there would be all this water sitting near the pedals. took it to a few mechanics...one guy finally said he had seen this before on that type of car and that we needed to re-seal the windshield. i believe it cost about $600. after that i never had any water again. the people who sealed the windshield confirmed that it was common among those chevys but ive never heard about it on a mustang so your car may be a different story.
Welp just got a call from the dealer, they're gonna keep it over night and let me know if there are any updates, but they can't seem to find anything wrong now.
My friend who works at the dealer and is a service advisor said the tech thought he sealed it up tight the first time, and they wanna see if it's just left over condensation but I know there's a leak cause it gets completely dry after I blast the heat on max driving it 2 or 3 days then it gets wet again after it rains (if that makes any darn sense).

Anywho, if this keeps up I'm afraid I might not have a Mustang.
It is under warrenty, keep on taking it to the dealer until they find the fault and fix it!
Or locate the fault yourself. Get a pressure washer and get someone to attack everypart of the front end of the car while you sit inside. I did this with one of my old cars and found a gromit had come out of the firewall, leading to water ingress.
I wouldn't think about trading it just yet. At least the problem isn't mechanical.

*Update* - Got the car back last night, they said they basically took everything apart and resealed it all back up replaced weather stripping by the door. Basically said if it happens again they're not sure what it is. So I'm crossing my fingers but if it happens again I'm gonna see if I can see anything myself like a grommet or something. But they said they sprayed it left the hose on the roof running for like 30 mins and no water was leaking in.
Next step if would be to bring it back again then if they can't fix it I would talk to the head service advisor, whatever that means. Then last ditch would to have a Ford rep come out and see if it qualifies fo ra buyback. But that's like the last think I wanna do.
Oh I don't wanna trade it just yet, I had a decently modded '02 GT before this car that a traded for the Mach. I just had to have the Mach 1, it like the stang I always wanted. Next step would be just to work on it myself, I don't want them tearing apart my baby any more. Besides I just wanna pay this one off and not have a car payments for a while.

Good luck man, hopefully they got it taken care of this time around.
Atleast it's only water, I had to get my entire engine replaced this week with only 30,000 miles on my car. I didn't have my car for a week! So I hope that makes you feel just a little bit better, it could be far far worse.

I hear ya, at least it's not a transmission or motor, that would suck. It was heartbreaking not having my car for a day or 2, I couldn't imagine a week or more.
