I was bored today after my haircut (GASP!) so I went down to the Towne Ford, where the ADMs are so high, you cant afford anything

Took some snaps of the Ford GT with my phone

And the GT500 they wanted me to trade my Bullitt in on $47K for this bad boy. I will say though, the throw of the shift is WAY shorter than in any SN95, or hell, any other car I've ever driven.









Also, sat in, but took no pictures of, a new Taurus. Feels roomier than Mom's X3, and every bit as luxurious. Way to go Ford

 

Your phone does pretty well as a camera. You should see some of the pictures from mine... haha they are a joke.

Cool cars, gotta love blue. I hate seeing all the red GT's and GT500's.

What did they want for the GT?

 

sticker said 47K for the GT500, but this dealer is known for its high markups, and ridiculous prices.

I didn't look at the GT's sticker

 

For the GT. Any ridiculous mark up on that would actually make up a lot of sense. They would have to cover a lot of ground to make up for, since sticker was, what? ~$150K? Even a 75K markup would still be a steal.

Ford really needs to do something about dealers like this. This is the exact reason that I ended up with a Corvette instead of a GT 500.

My driver side window wouldnt go back up today...

I remember hearing ab out a problem with the new edges when the door gets too hot, but i let it cool off and it still doesn't work. taking it to the dealer tomorrow

Sounds like your power window motor went out. I had one that I would send you for free, but I sold it a few months back.
