LOL - update...
Black is back from polish / anodize.
Hardware is on order, and assembly will start shortly when everything gets here. It is in the home stretch! Based upon my personal schedule of events we're attending in the coming weeks, I don't know if they will release before or after I return from Woodward in August - this is my first year going up there, so it's going to be interesting, and we're hitting a bunch of shows the week prior to it starting in PA.

My personal take on the matter is that since you are bypassing the key the PCM "thinks" that the car is already running, hence the warning on fire-up that oil pressure is low (which it would be until oil pressure comes up). Short of reprogramming the PCM to ignore the input for a period of time after seeing a start signal, there is no way I could see to avoid it if it decides to throw the alarm. It goes away a few seconds after startup, which makes sense, so really to keep the cost of the kit in check, I do not see a solution we can add to it that would solve this intermittent issue.
Marcello,
It was really nice to met you again at Mustang Alley.

Pleasure was mine - and if you looked in the car, you saw what we're doing with these
BTW, materials were ordered today for assembly, so we should start putting them together either the end of this week or beginning of next week. Then it's open season !

Here's some photos - I need to cross post in the 10+ forum as well...
Most of the photos show the button not illuminated, as it is hard to get good photos of it lit without washing out the camera - we're working on more though and will post some up to our web page as we get them online for ordering.
Lighting can be optioned to be constant on (not recommended) or on when the E-brake is set and the key is inserted into the ignition. When the e-brake is released, the light goes out, so it does not affect night driving at all.
Price 75.99 for 05-09 cars (lower than any comparable kit on the market w/o illumination!)
Price 89.99 for 10+ cars.

I have the red one in our show car (red and white), but my brother has the blue in his car (grey). They are both nice... decisions, decisions!
Be thankful you're not on this side - we're figuring there are at least 18 options for the 10+ cars that we will have to offer and stock... that's a lot of options!

No, it won't be offered that way, but a little masking and painting would get you there easy enough if you wanted to go that route. Since the bezel is chromed ABS, it would just require scuffing prior to paint. You could even do the hydro-print process on the bezel (it unthreads from the switch) and do the CF look on it if desired.
), but the truth is that it would make the button "look" much smaller. If you look at the 10+ kit, the button appears smaller even though it is identical - the only reason it looks "right" is because of the size of the bezel replacing the plastic door. Since the 05-09 doesn't have that door area, the bezel would have to be a two-piece machined and threaded backer / barrel that would let the button "back mount" to the center console panel. This however would drive the cost up, and it was determined early on that for the 05-09 cars, we wanted to keep costs contained as much as possible. Two additional machined and finished pieces would definitely ruin that cost savings.
