How about this?

I made it work, but it is a pain in the but to do it. If I remember right, I had to take apart the plug so I could insert connectors and link up wires to pins 12 and 13, but I'd have to check.

It is for sale on ebay here:

Where can you get a module to do a driver's side only seat heater? How much of a PIA is it to install?

I did this install about 3 months ago. I put my switches on the console. Was not able to locate a used 07 climate control panel with factory heated seat switch, but also a very complicated wiring headache waiting to happen. You will need about 2 1/2" of depth no matter where you mount the switches. I will locate my pics and post them.

Why not buy an OEM HVAC unit with the factory switches and the all wiring etc?

the kit has been installed and it works like a charm. I mounted the switch inside the center console. There is a small door that is removalable so i just popped it out, drilled the hole for the switch and popped it back in, simple, and its not visible and is not in the way on the console. I may pick up a factory switch on down the road but for now its fine the way i have it. Thanks everyone for the input and advice

That was going to be my suggestion, the e-brake adjustment access panel. I used that location for my nitrous switches. The panels are inexpensive if you need to replace them.

I'm not to familiar with the arm rest on the S197's, but if it's like my jeep I'd put it on the vertical surface just below the arm rest, it'd be at your fingertips and out of the way

I also like it on the center console beside the cupholders
