2nd Group Buy; Ultimate Pedals
I finally got my pedals installed. I like them alot. I would compare the quality of Ultimate Pedals stuff to MGW'S goods. The fit was excellent.

I jumped the gun a little on this pic. I still need to vacumn up the metal shavings that my paper did not catch.

First and formost. Thank you Hags1 for coordinating this. They look great installed!!!!
I installed mine today. It wasnt so smooth for me. I did it solo with 4 hours sleep, and also realized I am just too frigging tall to climb under the dash anymore haha!
I got the Frosted Anti-Slip type. It doesnt look like it in these pics due to the flash, but they have almost a silver white look to them. Looks really nice with the IUP.
During the install, I striped one bolt and one screw (mostly just my fault haha). I had extra bolts but no screws, so you will notice there is only three screws on the gas pedal. Its in there solid so I am not worried. Hardest part for me was getting the holes to line up on the brake and clutch pedals. I guess I just suck at using the auto center punch. Ended up taking me three hours to install these. I ended up using a dremel to carve the holes so they would line up correctly.
Heres some shots of mine

and now that I am done, its time to relax!!

Thanks again for coordinating this!! For me, it was worth the effort!!

Jeff & Ryan: Lookin' good. See Jeff got the ovesized brake pedal like several of us. Definately makes a diff.... Nice touch cutting and gluing the Dit-Dots over thr screws; I may copy your lead. Repost my pics. Let's see more pics on any of the related UP threads
Just some follow up. I used some blue silcon gasket glue and it seems to be holding up. None of the 6 have come off.

Then I smeared a 1/16th inch layer of the stuff over the entire backside of the pedal and finished it off with a piece of thin clear plastic (donated from my Zaino mixer bottle box top
) cut to the shape of the pedal that I laid over the whole mess.I worked the air out from under the plastic and cleaned up the little caulk that squished out the sides, let it setup an hour or so and then bolted them on.
They aren't ever coming off . . . . which may be a problem if they wear prematurely but I’ll deal with that if/when it happens.
