I should, but I haven't had the two swapped out in a while, and it's been crazy busy around here. Maybe in the next couple weeks we'll get a chance to do some photography, as we've got a lot of requests for parts that we offer that we don't even have photos of on our website (a bad thing).

Speaking of busy, we might even have all the louver orders caught up in about another week in time for the release of the new grill inserts - oh what a glorious day that would be - except that a new article about them just came out in Mustang Enthusiast's March issue, so I'm guessing we'll get buried again rather quickly And I hear they are going to be in an upcoming 5.0 issue as well !!

Sounds good.

BTW, this is Jason who ordered the billet rear medallion (among other things ) with the candy apple red GT paint job for the emblem.

Hi Jason - anodize shop re-opens tomorrow, they have about 200 in process for us, so hopefully soon we'll get you taken care of on that (along with a lot of customers who have been patiently waiting for their rear medallions as well).

March issue landed on my door Saturday, so I'm guessing it should be at newsstands relatively soon.

Don't forget the gas doors, too

I'll have to go next weekend and pick up ME. Should be out then, I would think. I haven't subscribed to it, because they just don't have the content that Modified Mustangs has. I'm not sure if I will subscribe or not.

Pictures of the grill inserts are on page 5, for those new to the conversation, but here's one:

Trouble Waiting

Man, these are going to be great.

I am having a real hard time waiting.

Keep up the good work Marcello.

My MUSTANG ENTHUSIAST magaizine landed Saturday as well. Excellent writeup and I love the full page add too, (page 9). The content is getting much much better, and well worth the subscription price, to add to your collection.

Sounds good, take your time, I am in no rush!

With regards to these inserts, you mentioned that a little glue might be needed to keep them in place if racing. Are we talking about a little CA or something like that?

Marcello can the Anodizing Shop do a Red that might match the Redfire for those gas doors?

No for the color match - that's a paint-only color - but like is being mentioned in another thread right now, we're working on being able to offer it to everyone shortly here.

On the glue question - a little CA would work, but you can use MEK, regular model cement, etc.. it's an ABS to ABS bond, so pretty much any plastic solvent will do the trick (in moderation).

FWIW, I've had them to 120+ already and they don't come out, it's just that if they were to sustain an impact at that speed, you'd want some added insurance to keep them in place doing their job (besides looking good )

Fine, be that way...

Here's the pre-production pieces, there are 35 sets, discounted from the 59.00 retail price for you guys (yeah, I can't not do it after you guys have been waiting somewhat patiently!) Regular production should begin by the end of next week, but for anyone looking for a deal, here's your chance. As stated on the website, they have a small cosmetic blem on the top of the frame, but since you can't see it unless you're under the car (and if you are this is probably the least of your worries) we're offering them at a discount to TMS'ers and anyone who you guys tell about them over the next few days.

We can start shipping tomorrow.

No on Silver Springs this weekend - in addition to family from out of town coming down and stuff with the family, I'm really just show-ed out (October- December = SEMA, PRI, TMTS, Tempest, Wayne Akers, etc)

But thanks for asking - maybe next year I'll plan the shows a bit better so I can make this, as I'd like to bring both the 05 and my 73 out to that event.
