I'd like to see that too.
(not brave or rich enough to do it to my own car though)

Yeah right, 15" wheels on our new 'Stangs.....

Not that it wont look awesome in that old school way but for the fact that 15" wheels wont fit without a lot of work in fabrication and modifying stuff. I dont feel like putting another $1000+ to just get started with that.

Ok, here we go...finally got wheels/tires...and took some pics in the daylight...

MB Motorsport VR5S 18x8 (front), 18x9 (rear)
BFGoodrich gForce KDW2 NT 255/45-18 (front), 285/40-18 (rear)

Honestly, if I could do it over again, I would have gotten the same front wheels/tires, but gotten 19 inchers in the back and a tire with the *same* sidewall ratio as the front tires. I want that look of having bigger wheels/tires in the back and I feel that the tires' sidewall ratio has to be the same all the way around to achieve that look (so that there is actually more sidewall in the back than front).

I have Roush rear springs to kill that nasty gap in the rear wheel well...I just gotta get them out of the living room and onto my car.

Looks good, how is it with the 275/40s all around? any problems or issues? Also are those wheels from Mustang Tuning? And do you have a front and rear shot to see how wide they look?

Thanks-they look really good.

I do not have anymore pics at this time but I will take more. As for the 275 on all 4...there has been no problem other than the fact I curbed 2 of the 4 rims Ther are as wide as the rims but not wider...and the rim protector is not doing its job. I would like a little wider but they are good for now. They are the same as the ones from MT but I got these from pro3industries.

Clockworks...can you take a better cloer shot of how the 255's fit on that 8" rim.

Sure, but you'll probably have to wait till the weekend. It's usually dark by the time I get off work.

Hello, and thanks for the welcome. Nope the car is not lowered...yet, I plan on doing that after I get a new front fascia. I have a question about one I saw a while back but I'll post it in another thread. thx!
