Didn't notice those differences before you just pointed them out... But then again, It's been over 5 years since my last eye exam, so I'm way overdue! Meanwhile, thanks for pointing out the differences and clarifying
Only reason I remember Rocky was I looked at a kr when I bought the SGT, and later saw the SS wheels and thought about putting them on the SGT. Other than that I definitely wouldn't have remembered lol.
I to love the look of the Super Snake wheels on Mrs. Gabe's Shelby. Just something about the longer, thinner(?) spokes that makes it stand out. Not so crazy about the KR 18" version. They are nice, but certainly not as desirable IMHO.
I guess I will stick with these...
(Pictures just don't show off the color variation as in real life. Have to see them in person to get the Hyper-Black paint affect)

I can really see the difference now Lee and now that I see the KR's up close, I much prefer the thinner/longer spokes of the Super Snake wheels... This is just a guess on my part, but perhaps the reason for the KR wheels having the flatter/shorter spokes is because of the smaller 18" diameter? Anyhow, I'll just stick with my current 08/09 GT500 wheel setup.

Now that I've seen a closer look at the KR wheels, I agree about the Super Snake wheels as far more appealing with their longer/thinner spokes... Anyhow, I'll just stick with my current 08/09 GT500 wheel setup much in the same way you'll be sticking with your Roush wheels.
I have the mach 1 HP wheels on my car and i think they are just beautiful! But what a PITA to clean! and trying to reach those orange calipers to clean those? UGH!

I also really like the design of the Mach 1 wheels, but agree on how time consuming it must be when it comes to cleaning and detailing them...

I too like the looks of the Mach 1 handling pack wheels. Very sharp, but lots of narrow nooks and cranny's. I'll bet they are very tough to keep clean. Another reason I like the simple 5 spokes... I feel for you, but still love the look of that car Darren. All I can say is Gorgeous!! Just Gorgeous!!

Lots of interesting posts early on...funny, I saw one from 2006 where the OP powered coated his entire wheels black, minus the center cap bc it was plastic. What is interesting is his statement about being an "odd" look. Back then, yes...today...black wheels are all over....any who.,..here's my contribution: 18x10 F and 18x11 rear...mounted on 315/40/18's (rear)
