Realdeal.......All i can tell you is that they dont stick out and the offset has been changed since the first production run of wheels. The car pictured in your post is Shelby CS6 production mule #2 which has the first run of wheels and tires. The new ones dont stick out compared to those photos. Look at my photos on this site as well as a side shot on modularfords.com

What offset and backspacing do you have on them? They look great, like them better then the Boyd's.

Nothing real fancy here, but didn't cost a lot of $$$$ either. Chrome GT500 reproductions in 18x9.5(+50mm offset) with kumo 255/45/18 front, 275/40/18 rear. Total cost under $1000 after selling the factory 17" wheels/tires. Yeah, I know it NEEDS to be lowered, but I just got it last week. Eibach pro-kit and Steeda panhard bar ordered and on the way along with 10" stripe kit(silver metallic) from BSM.

Very Nice! I really like those rims...are those the mustang tunning ones? Im still torn between ordering these rims or the chrome deep dish bullits...

No I got them from leathal performance, but I'm sure they all come from the same manufacturer. I have these center caps on order from the local Ford dealer.

That has to be wrong... you wouldn't be able to turn the wheel because it would be stuck to the rotor....IF you could even get it to bolt up

Simple answer for me as to what wheels are my favorite. I'm partial to the original Bullit wheels that came with my 05 GT as standard equipment!

24mm would simply stick out a bit. What would it have to do with the rotor at all

I'm very tires/rim inept so please bare with me - I know a little about demension size but that is it..

I'm trying to figure out what size tire/rim to order in advance of purchasing my 2007 Mustang GT. I'm intrested in the 18x10 Foose Nitrous Chrome rim - I'd like all 4 rims to be the same size. However, I don't know about tire size. I've noticed alot of people have two different sizes of tires - front and back. Was thinking of 275/45/18 on the back, and 255/40/18 on the front. I won't be lowering it or anything, I'm mechanically inept also =p. It'll be my first car and I'm just looking to add a few tweaks here and there for now.

How do you think these demensions will work? Will the tires fit the 18x10 rims? Will the "stance" look ok - I want a slight tilt forward of the car, but not too much. If one of the tires blows out, will I have to replace the other tire for fitting purposes, or can I just buy the tire size that blew out to replace it?

Thank you!
