Shelby GT, GT/CS Lower Grill Driving Lights!
A rep from Moss Mustang sent me this email about the Shelby lower driving lights...
"Thank you for your interest in our Mustang accessories. There has
been some delays in production-expect shipments by 8/18/2008
I am currently taking back orders for these items. If you would like to
reserve your items please contact me."

Has anyone received their Shelby driving lights and brake duct bezels? Anyone know how the driving lights are wired or connected? Do you need an auxiliary switch for them?
Release in December according to Shelby since I called 2 weeks ago. Placed my order with Moss back in May I think? Anyhoot, they said they finally found someone that was doing the parts right...
I've been waiting patiently for these to release. I have the GT/CS front bumper, but don't want it painted, or installed until the lower grill and lights are released for sale, as I want the 6 fog light look. I wish they would get on with it by now!!
I want the 6 lights also. I'm just wondering how to wire the PIAA lights. Some people get rid of the stock fogs when adding lower fogs and just use the connectors from the stock fogs for the PIAA lights. I might have to use a separate harness and switch so I can operate the PIAA lights independently from the stock fogs.
Check your local statutes, most states limit to 4 lights on at any given time. So two fogs with low beams and 2 driving lights with high beams if you convert the upper grille to the PIAA 40s or some other driving lights.

I got this on 12/10/08 when I asked about the status of my order. I have told them to keep it in the system hoping they will eventually be made as I am not looking at any other option.
Unfortunately these parts are still on backorder. These parts are in the process of being reengineered which is the reason for the delay.
The vendor has a backorder list in which your order is on. When these parts become available the vendor will fill the outstanding backorders.
I will notify you once the parts are available.

What kinds of issues? If you are referring to the statement that Moss has in their website, that's just simply the fact that the KR requires the brake ducts done, and since dealers are ordering that and they make more money on that, it took precendence. If that's not the issue you are referring to, what kind of issue are you talking about?
