Not to "flame", but I saw this pix, I'm sure your flames would turn out better.
Really looking forward to my one of a kind pony!!!

Heres a couple shots for you guys of the plenum cover we just did ......still has a small amount of rubbing compound in some small corners....cant really rub too hard on it yet as its only been done for a little under a day....but it will give you a good idea of the look! Because of the ribs , this one has to dry really good before any serious polishing begins.....but it will give you a good idea of the look!

To all that have ponies ordered....were getting it done but I have been testing the packaging and I'm going to give all of them at least 2 full days curing time. After a day and a half curing time then packaging one and letting it sit for 2 days I wasnt happy with the clears apperance....I have changed packaging to a very soft felt to cover it with in transit and I think that will do the trick for me....I want them to be slick as glass and all of them a mile deep when you take them out .... it will be worth the extra day or so's wait. I hope everyone understands.

OK guys....heres where YOU can help ME. I have recieved a lot of request to do something on the rear badge. I want to hear ideas on what you would like to see on them. Should I paint the entire thing?
Leave the GT or whatevers on the v6 stock( the clear piece)....the flames??? start them from the bottom up like its burning or flame them from the left to the right??? Give me your opinions.
thanks,
Bill Coogle

Well, my first choice would be to leave the outer "chrome" disc alone, and just clear the "GT" disc and paint it gloss black. If that's not possible, I'd like the whole enchilada in body color overlain with clear (and you know what color that'd be already! ) This hardly takes advantage of your skills, but it's what I'd want....

I to would really have to think about this one. My first idea would be just to flame it like the pony, but I would need to see it first. Maybe lightning bolts?? Maybe a smokey look? It would make sense to do something, as it would be the only chrome piece left. The GT badges are pretty small, so I don't think they stand out that much. I'm looking forward to any ideas....

Wanted to find one that wasn't at an angle, but I just did a quick search and I thought that might be good enough.

Personally, i'd like to eliminate the chrome. I was thinking of flames that match the pony in the grille, flowing from the bottom to the top. And if possible change the GT color to red, at least on mine, cause i'm planning on red shelby stripes.
