I would love to lower my car, but the roads in NW Ohio and SE michigan where I drive most of the time, are so terrible I just cant do it, maybe just the rear springs, dont know yet.

I put roush springs and tokico shocks on my 95 vert and it definitely looked awesome. But I can back up what another posted stated that if you use lowering springs, change the shocks to a set that is set up for performance lowering springs. on the 95 I did the springs drove it for about 4 months, hated the ride, (it was terrible), added the shocks later, the ride was totally better.

Good luck.

Sam

I still think the best look is to just lower the rear 3/4" and level out the car. It's also the cehapest. As long as you have a dremel tool and some cut-off wheels lying around, it will cost you nothing. Just cut one full coil off the top of your rear springs to level the car out perfectly. Especially if you are going for the Shelby theme like me. The '67 GT350's bodies were almost a foot off the ground.
Hey Ian, did I misunderstand you ...a while back I thought you told me you were sick of the leveled out look and that you like the rake from the factory. I still plan on cutting the rear prings next spring but I want to settle an issue I am having with the Steeda LCA's I have installed 3 times now...1 mod at a time for me
