I need some help with tire/wheel decision?

I have been wanting to purchase new wheels and tires for some time now. After tons of indecision, I keep coming back to the black deep dish bullits from AM. I am looking at the 18x9,18x10 combo. Here is my dilema: I've decided to purchase all-season tires, I live in Wisconsin and I like driving my car too much not to drive it year round. I have a truck I drive when the weather is especially nasty, but I have been caught in an unexpected snow storm several times. Even with the stock Pirellis, I was able to make it through the snow without any issues. I have looked at having (2) sets of wheels/tires, but with TPMS and everything, I just don't want deal with all the hassles involved. I have been researching tires and I am seriously considering the BFGoodrich G-Force Super Sport A/S tires, they are getting great reviews and the price is reasonable......and I believe they will suffice for the limited amount of snowy conditions they will see. I am torn on tire sizes though, I could go with 245/45-18s up front with 275/40-18s out back. Both these sizes are 26.7in diameter, which is about .4ins smaller than stock. I could also go with the 255/45-18s up front, which are the same as the stock diameter, but then the fronts would be slightly taller than the rears. I see many people on the forums are running sizes with the 255/45 up fronts and the 275/40 on the rears? Is this a better choice than running the 245/45s on the front or would it be better to have the same diameter tires front and back?

I guess another option would be to run 18x9s all around and just put 255/45-18s on all four corners, but I think I would prefer the looks of the wider tire on back.

I finally decide on the type of wheels and tires and I still have indecision, any advice and opinions would be appreciated.

The T/A Super Sport tires are a quality edition for BF Goodrich. I'm running 255/45/18's on 18x9's on all four corner. They are Nittos but the car handles well. You could always get the same size for all fours corners and maybe later get a pair of 18x10's just for summer use. The T/A SS tires can handle cold and warm temps where as my Nittos suck in the cold.I live in Colorado and are temps don't get nearly as cold as it does in Wisconsin. Good luck with what ever you decide to do,then post pics.
