Cervini Stalker Hood 2013-14

I have a few questions about this hood.

Is this hood identical in shape to the stock hood with the exception of the scoop and vents? From pictures it appears that way to me, or at least very similar, but I'm hoping someone may know or be able to compare for me if they own both.

If it's not identical, is the portion closest to the windshield the same or very close?

The reason I ask is I need a new hood. I really like my GT\CS's factory hood stripes decals and when I make my decision I want to add them back. The closest part of the stripes to the windshield is cut at the same angle as the hood so it lines up nicely. If it doesn't, I'm just either going to get my factory hood repaired or try to find a decently priced new or used factory hood and have it repainted and decal'd.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, I'm pretty desperate right now. Thank you.

I'm not really sure what you're asking, but it seems the dome is exactly the same as stock, and then the scoop is on top.

Here's my car stock, and with the Stalker.

Thank you for the reply! They do look very similar and what you said sounds sounds positive to what I'm looking for. I'll attach another pic that might show better what I'm looking for.

The edge of the hood and the stripes match up so they run parallel (excuse the poor quality of my lines, there is a slight angle) Just trying to make sure when I apply the decals it will line up the same or very, very close as I wouldn't want to cut the decals.

To be honest, it think the area of the dome might stop at the cowl a little shorter than stock, so you'd probable have to cut the decal. Look up a product that the vinyl wrappers are using - it's a spool of wire that looks like weed eater line, but it has adhesive. Essentially you mask off the area you where you want to cut the vinyl, lay the vinyl over the line, then pull the line up and it creates a perfect cut.

I know what your talking about and have seen videos of wrappers using that. Always wonder how they got such crisp lines.
