1) Get a stock non-spoilered trunk lid. Either new, or swap with someone who wants your spoilered trunk lid.

2) Take spoiler off, fill in holes (preferably with metal) and repaint.

3) Take spoiler off, put, effectively, bumper bolts in their place (or an equivalent fitting) painted to match. There are stories of plastic caps as well.

Pretty much it, I think...
