I just ordered mine last night from Matt. When I had my 04, I used one of his kits and had no problems at all + Matt is a very standup guy and his customer service is 2nd to none (no offense to our other sponsors)

I should be getting mine by Fri (I hope) and will install over the weekend. I can post pics/results if you would like.

Steve, yes it is the same kit. I ordered the 6000k bulbs for mine. Plus you get a 3 yr warranty from Stangmods.
