Guys I have a problem.

How do I prevent my ducktail and rockerpanals from heat expansion?
The heat gets to them and pulls the tape off the car and well it all goes out of wack.
BUT when the car gets in the shade it all goes back to normal.

Yeah yeah just drive at night , in the shade lol

Really any solutions?

Move off the planet Mercury!

Seriously, where do you live where there's that much heat, and what Ducktail do you have?

I don't think the rocker moldings are held on w/ tape, but rather plastic clips.

Wish I had some better info for you.

Remove them and instead of using tape use epoxy and make the install permanent. That must be some serious heat in your area.

I live in NY but when I got to Atlanta and 85 degrees the sun just heated up the ducktail and it pulled the tape away from the car.

I have the Cervini kit and well either I reinstall while in the sun and warmer or use a screw in the edge of the trunk lid. There is a hole that looks like an area for a screw in the ducktail.
As for the skirts well I think I have to just do it over in warmer temps.

If you look at the 3rd pic all looks well but the skirt pops off under the scoop and behind the front wheel, only the screws in the door edge and wheel wells hold it on
