Pierre, I most likely will still be driving it in the winter next year, after all an inch and a half is not that much lower when it comes to winter driving. My 95 cavalier sat a lot lower than the mustang and I drove it all winter.

Bill, yes those are the spinners howerver the ones you show are just polished aluminum. The ones I am getting are being chromed to match the rims.

Adrenalin ! This is by a long shot the BEST car I have seen in all Mustang forums !
Simply put, in my opinion I think you have achieved perfection, it's all I can say.
Man, you really kicked some hiney with your baby. Again, two thumbs up, congratulations !

PS: it's THAT good, it almost makes me sorry I changed my mind from Sonic Blue to Legend Lime for my car (Sonic Blue was originally my first choice...)...

Thanks for the props Alfio. I am still eagerly waiting for my spinners, louvers and warm weather so I can actually hand wash and wax my car. Then I will get some really nice pics of the car.

I like the white on the LLGT. I would go with Pearl White.

It all depends on what size tires you are going with. Factory rims have a 45mm offset, so if you are sticking with an 8" wide rim, then you need a 45mm offset. If you are going wider than that, then you need to watch the backspacing as well as the offset.

Adrenalin...I ordered my wheels and I'm happy cause in the 17x8 the chrome custom torq thrustII have 5 3/4 backspace and 32mm offset so it's just 13mm more

hmmmm, interesting. I took a look at the FORD manual on how to adjust camber and you need to notch out the lower hole on the strut and use proper "camber adjustment" bolts. It really doesn't mention a plate but I assume you need one because nothing would stop the strut from shifting if you didn't install a plate.

Ends up looking great. The wheels are not set in by an inch like the factory ones are. Gives the car a better stance, so your stance will look as though you installed 1" spacers

Adrenalin, your car is magnificent. love those TT IIs. just sweeT as can be. Just one thing I will do on my sonic blue is remove the GT badge if I go the side side stripe route. i'm gonna go with white stripes from your stipe post.

if i go side stripes, i'd yank the GT emblem off like torch red did. i think it cleans up the side.

i like the way the side stripes tie the wheels together, but is it just me, or would it look better if the stripe continued behind the rear wheel to the back corners of the car? ditto for the frt corners of the car. like saleen stripes did on their fox body cars? i know it would break from the way the original stripes were like.

again, awesome car adrenalin. your sonic blue and peter's white GT absolutely rock. i would want one each replicas of your cars. alas i had to choose one color over the other.
