Do you think they are legit or cheap knock offs?

Well, I would bet they aren't the ones going on the Cobra, but I have no idea if they are "cheap" or not. They may be perfectly fine replica wheels. I think the ones that were on the Cobra showcar were machined, and anyway, Ford said they wouldn't be the production wheels anyway. The showcar has 19s, the production wheels will be 18s.

 

I think they look pretty good... except you can find "similar" wheels for less than 250 a piece with shipping included... but they look pretty nice
