see, i knew i would like it leaps and bounds better on black. if i could find a few more pictures of Black stangs w/ the glassback, or even see one in person, i would seriosly considering doing it, but at this point it is still too much of a gamble. does look nice in that pic though

This addition has always been on my list of mods. I just have to wait a little longer for the car now. I always intended on getting a black car and tinting, if necessary, the top to make it look like the regular roof. January needs to get here fast!

 

Thought it was the Xenon but now that I look at it I don't think so.

heh i bet its gonna look sick on a black mustang cause you wont know its there till you get up close, but i dont know if id want all the open window all the time, i mean even a convertible likes to put the top up every so often

 

Here are some good pictures of my Glassback. I don't think the option will be around long since not many people are buying them. SALEEN has already dropped the all glass roof option on their cars and the one they make is better quality. I have been asking on this forum about people who have bout the option and only three other people besides myself have one. Thats including the black one someone posted to this thread. I suggest that if you get one you better buy it soon before the option goes the way of the dinosaur. It is cheaper to get it retrofit by an installer vice buying it with the car from a dealer. At this rate I only think that it will be around for a year before CDC cans it. Tell me what you think of my pics. In the shows I have been to I have had to point it out before people even notice it.

 

I think it looks awesome! If I had a little more spending cash and the ***** to let someone cut my roof up I would definitly be getting one of these!

they are available at select retailers, but just as left overs. they are no longer being produced, so if it gets busted or ruined, it can not be replaced.

 

A friend just bought an 06 and would LOVE to get his hands on one of these. If you know any that have any leftover please let me know.
