Black GT/CS with Gold stripes

I was over at http://www.californiaspecial.com/forums and a member mentioned the idea of a black GT/CS with gold side and LeMans stripes. aka GT-350H or Shelby GT-H.

One of you black GT/CS owners has got to do this! That combo would look awesome.

As a previous owner of 3 black cars (83 280ZX, 86 Buick GN, and 87 Maxima), I 'm too lazy to keep a black mustang looking clean. Otherwise, I'd do it myself.

Sorry, I was not the originator of the gold strip idea. It was PNewitt. http://www.californiaspecial.com/for...1&postcount=14
Your quote of me on californiaspecial.com above was my response to PNewitt's post.

Back when I first ordered my '07 GT/CS vert it was black with parchament interior. I thought the same thing and ordered the gold (flat) LeMans style side stripe from BSM...just like the Shelby 500's side stripe except it read GT/CS near the front. I still think it would have looked great on the black vert and gone with the parchament interior nicely. However, I changed color to the Vista Blue with Dove interior and gave the stripes to KC in case he wanted to use them. BSM (Balitmore Street Mods) did a great job on the stripes and the cost was reasonable at $30.00 (IIRC).
