Anyone install the deep dish bullits yet?
The black deep dish bullits have been available for several weeks now, and I see that the anthracite and chrome deep dish's are now available. Has anyone installed them and can you post some pics please?

Frickin sweet! I'm hoping you ordered black ones as that is what I am thinking of for my car. Can you post some good pics when you get them installed? Surely you are going to call in sick to work on Wednesday correct?

Ahhh still 9" but with a better deep dish lip! Wouldn't you know I just got the other set of 18x9 bullits. I might have to sell them and get these because that lip is so much nicer...wow! Good thing I don't even have the car yet so 3 of the 4 boxes isn't even open. I cant wait to see some pics!!!
for ppl who haven't seen them yet:

gosh, they have to come out with deep dish 10" or 10.5"ers. they would look absolutely killer.

We're going for the chrome deep dish. I've read several threads but still am undecided about what size tires to go for on the 18x9 rims. This is our daily driver. Any help regarding tire size would be greatly appreciated...

I would say 275's for a 9" wide wheel, for sure.
I would say 275's for a 9" wide wheel, for sure.
I have 17x9 chrome bullitts all around, with 255s up front and 275s in back. Both fit just fine (see below). I just wish they had 17x9 deep dish.
I could use a pair of those.
Don, good to know either will work. I like the idea of wider rubber in the back... but want to be able to rotate my tires... so if I got the 17x9's or 18x9's, I'd have to go with 275 all the way around.
Ultimately, I want to eventually have the same width wheels (9") and tires (275mm) on the front and rear. But I want the rear tires to have the deep lip and the fronts to have a regular lip... they'd of course have different offsets. So, I'd have the same tires front and rear, but the deep dish on the rear would make the rear wheels look beefier. I wasn't planning on getting new wheels until I need to get new tires anyway... which probably isn't for about 2 years. So, a setup like that will eventually be possible.
Edit: Another option is if they ever come out with a 17x9 deep dish bullitt that matches the stock bullitts. Then, I'd just bite the 'bullitt' (so to speak) and have 255's up front on the 17x8 stock wheels (taking the two that are the least dinged up at the time) and 275's on the rear 17x9's. I've always liked the smaller wheels (they look more retro like the original Mustangs) anyway, so that would be a nice setup for me.

I'm sure it's going to be near impossible to make 10" wide "deep dish" wheels for the '05 with the offset being so low.

There are some deep dish 18x10 in the FR500s... but they're black. I'd like to see anthacite.... I like it just a little bit more. I'm sure it'll all be in due time.
