How much heat are we talking about? I would take thunder over heat as long as it doesn't rain, I don't like rain, but I hate extreme heat more than rain.

Yeah but the prevailing theory of how thunder occurs has to do with heat . So they kind of go hand in hand ... Not to mention you get more thunder storms in the summer then in the winter since it is hotter

 

I simply do not know what is up with the Heat. They are a mercurial team that *can* win it all, but simply seems to have a problem with actually coming together and *doing it.*

Still, they did turn it on on the Celtics when they should have... the problem with that is they shouldn't have needed to wait for a game 6. That should have been a 4-5 and done series.

The Thunder seem to be just that much more together, so I'm goin' with them in 6. Heat'll win 2 out of three at home, and the Thunder will win the last game in their house so it can go stupid crazy with awesome celebration.

I definitely agree with the both of you!! Lebron with no doubt is one of the best players to play the game! Hes a gifted freak of nature!! One of the most athletic players to ever play the game!! As far as being like mike? Theres only one mike!!! Theres only one dale earnhardt, only one michael schummacher, one steve kinser, etc!! You got yhe point!! the problem i have with lebron is when he went to the heat, lebron, wade, and bosh stood on stage with the smoke machines, fireworks going off like they were the kings of the nba! I hope okc sweeps the heat(very unlikley) but it would be sweet!!! And yes i think durant should have got mvp!!!

I thought it would be the Spurs' year but the Thunder had them for breakfast. I am a Heat fan and glad they are up 2 - 1 but it looks like a tough road ahead to win it all for either team.

 

I agree totally!! The heat are very hungry and they are tired of the haters!! Especially lebron. On the other hand.... The thunder took care of the lakers and the spurs!! Spurs won the first 2 and then durant and company ran the table!! Pretty impressive from this very young but talented group!! I think its definitely going to game 7 but im taking the thunder! I just cant pull for lebron!!

 

The feeling of defeat eventually helps as it has this year for the Heat after getting comfy last year. I hope the Heat closes the series on Thursday. Going back to OC can not be a pleasant thought regardless of history (no team ever overcoming a 3-1 deficit).
