This is why, people, you don't mess with karma.

1) "Losing" to the Jets, causing destiny to slip from the fingers of a perfect season without even trying to accomplish it.

2) "Losing" to the Jets, thereby helping (not completely, obviously, but still, it didn't help matters) to kick the Texans out of the playoffs. (I admit, if the Texans had beaten the Jets in Game 1, the story would be different... but the Jets DID make it to the AFC Championship game. Still.)

Whereas the Saints did all they could to get what they wound up getting... and I'm a happy camper. This is exactly what I wanted, the Colts to lose for the above, and the Saints to win for their fans and owner.

Well done, boys. Well done indeed. Grats, and WHO DAT!
