The front in two seperate pieces actually looks more like the CVS original Eleanor kit for the 67-68's. I agree you have to show the kit in different colors than "Kawasaki Green" Maybe red, blue, or silver. I could photoshop some of the colors if people want like I did for the orange one.

Here are the parts to the kit:

Front Section: Hood, Headlight Section, Bumper, Sealed Beam Hella lights, 2 Billet Grills. (We are not looking at providing the small lights at this time, as they are available all over the market. The holes are made to fit the PIAA lamp). Attaching hardware is the factory pieces and a few extra nuts and bolts.

Mid Section: Upper Scoops, Lower Scoops (These will not extend onto the door as the prototypes did. They will end at the door jam edge.) Also Side Skirt Exhaust. We are currently working with a manufacture to get this done in stainless as well as aluminized.

Tail Section: 3-piece Flip Spoiler (looks similar to the 69-70 Shelby tail). The taillights have been a nightmare to source a reputable LED manufacturer that can make them work from year to year and not look like LED’s. We are still trying to find someone but no luck yet.

The only portion of the kit that is going to have to be truck freight is the hood. Everything else can be shipped UPS or Fedex.

The one part of the kit that can’t be broken up and sold seriate is the front section. As you all know we stretched the hood almost 8 inches over the stock one and also the front bumper headlight section are stretched. We are looking at being able to start shipping any day now. We just need for the grills to come in so we can precede forward with shipping. We can sell the front-end as a stripped down model and you can get you own headlights and modify grills that are on the market already. We can provide you with the part numbers that we used to put the SEMA project together. Then you don’t have to set and wait on us to have a snap together kit.

I’ll keep posting stuff here as it comes to market. Also I’ll look into seeing if the Mods will let me start a new thread on this TWISTED Body Kit.

You can see the production nose in the attachment. We have made it two-piece (upper and lower) for ease of instillation.

Thanks for your overwhelming patience

update

I just called rick at steedamidwest.com and it sounded like he had the parts for the front end ready to ship. he was going to call me back with a quote. So he does actually exist. Funny thing is i had called halibrand who is supposed to have been producing this and they said they do not have this kit ready for sale yet. now i just wish someone would make the kenny brown 69 fastback kit so i could make this car look like i want it to. i guess it is just wishful thinking unles i want to pay a custom shop through the nose to do it...

I would say just give the guy a call. sounds like a good 'ol boy on the phone. might be that he just dosent get time to get on the net. his number is on his site 316 680 7925

He is supposed to get back to me tommorow with a figure for the front end parts and ETA for shipping.

Now if I could only find the rear end body parts from the kenny brown CSR-69 I would have my dream car.

Bad news Faber....three weeks on the front clip your wanting. I will email you the details. Hoods are laid up and ready to go but needs to get lower bumper done. Could have it done earlier for you but I have padded the time frame.

You guys wanting the exhaust kit looks like it is going to run...you might want to set down for this....$1,200.00 I'm going to try and get it down some. It is all stainless with polished tips. Looking into alternatives to get the cost down. Also we might could sell the side covers and tips with a pair of 4-inch race muffler like on the SEMA Mustang and you could have your own pipes bent at a shop in your area. This would bring the cost way down also.

We are starting a new business and I have not had much time on the net over the last few months. Will have time to focus on the web more now that the hard stuff is out of the way.

OK if you want to sell it as tips and skirts, throw the rear on there too, please. Im glad this is back up and running. Felt kinda in the dark and almost made a bad decision with another product instead. Try to keep the updates coming. Ill take either way, with or without all the pipes. Great work, just fillus in on a timeline. Youve got lots of orders waiting here and Im sure once these get on cars, you will have quite a few more

I dont like it, the color is hard on the eyes. And the front end looks curved in a strange sort of way.

I agree about the color definately. but i think they just did that to make the kit stick in your head as we tend to remember colors we think are hideous. here is a picture without the nasty green. also check out the resemblance to the real eleanor mustang front clip:

New Photos of TWISTED Mustang. The nose is production 3-piece. The only part that will have a noticeable change are the side C-scoops they will not extend onto the door as they did on this pre-production kit. I will have more information in the coming days on this. For those of you who have stuck it out thanks. We have gone through some changes that effected the kits availability.
