Weird Blip on dyno run

I have got a question for everyone. I had my 06 on the dyno for the first time this Sat and a weird blip showed up on every pull around 5400 rpm. I was just wondering if any on had any ideas on what could be causing it? The car is pretty much stock except for an American Muscle 93 tune and a FRP X pipe /w GT take off mufflers. That is the torque converter kicking in and out, or visa versa. Its normal for an auto, that can be fixed with a tune.
