SCT Xcalibrator Issue
I ordered an SCT Xcalibrator for my 07 V6 - I have no mods on my car whatsoever. The tuner came preloaded from the third party company I ordered it from (had to supply my CPU code) and when I loaded the 87 octane tune (I use 87 gas) and I started the car, the RPM's would go up to about 3,000, the car would make a clunking sound, the yellow wrench light comes on, and the car stops running after only a few seconds.
Anyone hear about issues like this? I had to reload the stock tune for my car to run without clunking and stopping like it did with the tune loaded. I did take my car in for service to the dealership about a month ago, so is it possible that they flashed my CPU and changed the "strategy" without changing the CPU code on my motor? Any suggestions would be great.

Not sure what company you bought the SCT tune from, but if you go to the Brenspeed site the video shows you how to load the tune and what to look for.
