Considering you have two bottles, perhaps a two stage system would be a possibility. Check this out:
Digiset Nitrous Timer
The Nitrous Time Delay Switch--DIGISET-- allows you to activate a first, second or third stage of nitrous (or other electronic device) as a function of time. Delay is easily set from 1/10th of a second to almost two minutes, in 1/10th second increments, by setting the small switches on the top of the timer. So, if your having a hard time launching and need to wait a few 1/10’s this is the timer you need. It also works great for activating a second stage.

Well, sure this is the answer.. Going back and looking at the 1/8th mile times is exactly what I have been trying to say.. Basically, you set this thing to blast off slightly before the first 1/8th marker, or at the 1/8th marker.. Scrmings would set his for 8.6 seconds.. Which is what his 1/8th time is.. While being chased down by a rabid GT after the 1/8th marker, he would induce a state of sheer chaos with a 175shot, and finish the race with the wild GT in a choke hold!
This is perfect rygenstormlocke!!
