Here is a link to a JBA H pipe kit for those of you interested:

http://www.mustangforums.com/m_840813/tm.htm

Just finished up the exhaust with 3.5" tips, with a perfectly notched back bumper, and I must say it is sweet.. THe sound emitted by the Prochamber is really hard to describe.. The sheer grunt of the setup coming from a 4.0 V6 is awsome..

For those that insist on having the best in terms of sound quality, you must get the MAC Prochamber.. It really sucks my laptop situation is on the fritz, but I can promise you there is nothing that can produce a better sound and maintain the feel of torque throughout the power band like the MAC Prochamber..

Sure you can buy the rice crispy pop tart stuff from JBA, but when you really want to get with the program, you must inist that it is the Mac ProChamber, for the ultimate in SOHC 4.0 V6 sound re-productin.. Nothing can possibly be better! Nothing!

Its fine not to take my word for it, I dont need to prove anything for MAC.. The ProChamber speaks for itself.. So follow the more popular advice and invest in something that will at best get you laughed at by GT owners.. At worst, by rice-rockets!

@ Ragin

The link for the JBA is not working.. I'm quite sure it sounds much better than stock, I hope the rice crispy joke does not offend anyone.. I know the HPIPE wont sound rice crispy, but its impossible for it to sound like mine period.!!

No offense taken, I just posted it cause it was an H pipe. Try this link instead:

Also, where did you get the prochamber, the place I found it was charging 400. A bit rich for my blood considering I am going for a power adder next.

Yes, the ProChamber I have is just the unit itself, fabricated into the system to look like a factory original..

The ProChamber fits our cars better than anything.. Everything lines up perfectly..

The one in the link is perfect.. Get it!! Quick.. Its awsome man... I sure hate the fact that a sound file is not available..

I still have my stock cats on.. I wont remove them until I go with the LT headers later..

Cool, now this I can afford. Once I hear your sound clip, I will meditate on this and make my decision.

I got mine off of ebay.. Any good muffler shop with skilled technicians can put it in...

Ragin, the high rpm revvs are what makes this thing the way to go.. The lowend deep grunt is something you deserve.. You know I wouldnt steer you wrong.. $400 bucks is way to much.. Look at the one in the link.. Its perfect..

I'll try again, with maybe an external mic.. The built in mic did not work to well.. If you like, I can email you the messed up version I attempted..

Since I got the exhaust finished up, it sounds alot cleaner, because there is a few more curves in it, along with the 3.5" chrome tips..Which are tucked up under my bumper.. My shop guy notched my bumper perfectly, and now I have a GT rear bumper.. LOL!!

I'm patient, and I will wait till you have a qualilty clip you can stand behind. But, now that you have 3.5 tips, I think a picture of your car is in order. Just my opinion.

Nice...looking forward to hearing some clips.

I've been wondering what the X-pipe with SLP Loudmouths would sound like on our V6's They are basically straight thru pipes with tips...

My magnaflows are straight throughs as well, and they are pretty deep and loud for a Y pipe setup. But I am curious what loudmouths will sound like on our 6 bangers.

Know anyone with a pair?

I'll try and snap one tomorrow.. It looks sweet.. The 3.5" tips run along the taper of the rear bumper.. They are angled cut, and that angle matches the angle of the bumper.. My shop guy is a pure artist. He eyeballed the right side, with a tape measure, and free handed the drivers side.. The measurements are a clone of the original..

Well I'll def. have to order that Prochamber. Its a great price.. Msp, I've been following your search for the perfect exhaust system for that perfect sound and I am confident in your decision. Ive read all of your posts about being hp crazy with the V6 which is how i am as well so i know someone like you wouldnt want anything like a buzzing ricer sound and only will except a good V8 sound which is what i want... Thanks for doing al lthe hard work and cutting out the middle man and not to mention wasted money.

Thanks man! Just so you know, its guys like you I do it for.. LOL!! I know, I do it for myself as well, but its guys that follow my post, and understand my thinking, that I like to experiment for..

I know the Prochamber is a complete success.. If I can convince 1 person to follow, and he can share his results, confirming my previous theories, then the whole darn thing is a success..

Put it like this, I got a thumbs up from a Dodge Ram Hemi truck on the freeway, going 65mph.. When I floated by him, he could here all six cylinders knockin on the walls inside the cabin..

What I really love about it, is how when I accelerate the tone goes deep, and stays deep.. No more slightly raspin out above 5000RPM.. I made it a point to shift at 6000 to make sure I am not missing something.. I'm not, that prochamber keeps the bubbles bubblin all the way to the top.. Also, when you let off the gas, the sound is distinctive small block V8..

I'm not waisting $75 bucks on a dyno, cause I put on the prochamber.. LOL!! You'll have to wait for something more significant.

I dont have an SCT tune anyway, so any numbers I could put up would be laughed at by you anyway..

Im not laughing at anything.. believe me. I have slept 9 hours in three days.. nothing in life is funny any more.

Personally, I just cant condone spending that kind of money on an exhaust mod when I dont know what it's going to do performance wise. Ya know? I have no clue how it's going to affect power, backpressure, torque curve etc... Perhaps if I didnt have an exhaust system at this point I might... but havin the money I do in it already, and the numbers I do, Im shy about playing around too much. Running with no mufflers with a car below, eh, 700ish hp really just is never a good idea for performance anyway in my experience. But then Ive also heard backpressure isnt relevant on these motors either, but hey, that's wrong too.

Here are some new pics.. They suck, bad lighting.. But you should be able to see.. Also, you can use your own photo editor to kind of lighten the pictures up..

I inverted some of the pictures to show more detail.. Sorry this pics are horrible, its a cloudy grey day for taking pics..

Your car is doing good as is.. I am just sharing another option.. I wouldn't condone you using the Prochamber, when you already have good results.. Why change a good thing..

For guys that have not done any exhaust work, its ok for them to consider the Prochamber.. Since your happy with your system, then there is no need to try and discourage other people from considering the ProChamber.. You have the HPIPE, now you feel threatend about the Prochamber discussion, and it doesnt make any sense.. Let people make up there own mind..
