It's like 4 bolts. How hard could the install possibly be?

I have no clue to be honest. But I prefer Excessive to do it.

Could be done in a driveway BUT... it's a heck of a lot easier on a hoist!

Well maybe that's the smart thing to do. Check this out:

My rule is I'm no mechanic, and if it requires to be on a lift, or tools outside standard tools, I have my shop do it! I've made enough mistakes with this car. LOL.

I think you mean panhard bar... when you lower a car, you usually put in an adjustable panhard bar to center the axle (centered as in side to side).
I stuck a set of H&R springs in my car (http://mrt-direct.com/2005/Pages/springs.php). Dropped the car just under an inch... The rear axle was still pretty centered... BTW the axle is off center slightly from the factory... As far as 1/4 mile times... not sure exactly the difference. But I can tell you that with the H&R springs the rear end just didn't "squat" when I launched and the nose did not come up... Come to find out, D'OAH, that you WANT the car to squat and the nose to come up! LOL! So now I'm back to the stock springs!
Also you'll need to have your alignment checked... even though my alignment was still technically within specs, my front tires started to cup on the inside after only a few thousand miles...

I've decided to go to w/ the Steeda sport springs, Steeda PN 8215. Good balance of daily driving and performance and no 'too' lowered. When those go in, I'm putting in the Tokico D-spec so I'll be able to have the option to adjust for squat or not. Yea, I'm not a big open road racer so the D-specs are overkill -- the stock shocks/struts are aggressive enough so aftermarket springs still work decent --- but I just gotta have my D-specs :-)
