Strut brace is worth it. Absolutely! Especially that now you can get one for under $100.

I started to install the front sway bar tonight, but quickly realized that I did have any deep sockets that would fit the nuts. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the correct socket sizes to use.
Thanks!

Bracket Mounting Bolts (4) W711368-S439

I have NO idea, so I just have to ask... would these nuts and bolts, listed above for the convertible, be the same exact ones I would use on my coupe?

Thanks.

I ordered mine from V6 Mustang Stuff www.v6mustangstuff.com They have the front and rear Take off bars for 99.00. This includes everything except the nuts and bolts. I also orderd GT mufflers from them for 74.99. The total was 248.13 including 73.15 for shipping. They just arrived today. I ordered the bolts from ford parts.com hopefuly they will arrive by wednesday and I can put them on This Friday.

Just put on the front sway bar. No ag whatsoever. It was 6 bolts off, 6 same bolts back on. The only annoying thing was I didnt have deep dish metric sockets (18mm and 15 mm), so that took a bit of time to go out and get them. But once I had everything it was perfectly fine). Have piccs of the 2 sway bars next to eachother will post later.

I believe that nuts, bolts and brackets are the same for all V6 and GT configuations (note that front and rear brackets are different though). In other words front brackets, bolts, nuts from V6 conv are interchangeable with V6 conv, GT coupe and conv front brackets, bolts and nuts. Same for the rear. Sway bars are of course different. Note that both coupe and conv. rear bar will fit a coupe, but only conv. bar will fir a conv. If not sure go to www.1stfordparts.com and do a search on part numbers for conv. and coupe. They should match. Btw, it's a good site to buy nuts, bolts and brackets from. I paid something like $65 shipped.
