that h pipe shouldnt have anything to do with the idle. i`m going back to listen to your vid right now. i like the gt muffs, kinda gives it the sleeper effect til ya punch it. is your tb clean? mine idles a little high till its good and warm. i think its set in the tune, but mines a auto too. haha, didnt sound bad but holds that old saying "i could hear you coming a mile away" i still like mine on the quite side. has a deeper note with the h and the gt muffs.

do you have the gt`s with the angle cut? i might be nuts but it seems like they get a little louder after a few years of use. not much. a guy i worked with got the ones with the nice alum turned tips, straight cut with the inside taper,maybe off a bullit or ford racing,,they looked nice but they sounded about exactly the same. he had a x pipe though too. i always thought those would be nice, but any more i like the stainless angle tips
