Isn't there a way to use the tuner to adjust idle rpm? Since I got the H pipe it seems to idle lower, closer to 500 whereas before it was closer to 750 or higher. Only reason I'm asking is because today while driving I was going around a corner and while pushing in the clutch my car died. I assume that's it but I'm not sure. My car didn't shoot any warning or engine lights. Also the car just started right back up with no problems I'm just guessing the rpms got to low and it died? Any help is appreciated

I thought it was one of the adjustable parameters in the tuner, but I haven't personally done it. How fast was this turn?...Could it have been caused by a fuel shortage?

Ive had mine do that before. Eveyonce in a while when coming to a stop or making a turn the rpms will drop lower than usual when I push the clutch in. This was before exhaust though so for me it was unrelated. My Idle didnt change much since I did my exhaust matye 650-700 isnstead of 750. Im assuming you already have a tune?

I have some rpm related issues and one of them is the same problem you stated. Also Every time i start up my car my throttle is so sensitive not even i can drive it until it settles down. pressing the pedal a little raises rpms much quicker and continues to climb even though pedal is no longer moving...then you lose control and car jumps like crazy). Only lasts a minute or two though. It seems every time i replace the throttle position sensor all of my problems go away for a bit. Maybe you should test your TPS. I'm thinking there maybe some bigger problem but for now new TPS every now and then works for me. Im on my 4th one right now lol...

*edit* also cleaning the MAF helps a bunch if its dirty

It was set on 750 but was idling lower than that. I just upped it to 850-875 and its been great since. Just took it to the body shop cause I found a bad spot from wen I had it painted last year.

haha hopefully not. I'm running the race tune from bama, maybe could make a difference? Idk. Doesn't sound horrible, just really raspy. Also I have stock headers, although you would think the shorties would help the sound.
