You always have to have your tune updated for mods - incl virtually all CAI's - like Glenn & Jazzman said. They let in more air, which makes your A/F ratio run lean. Hence the "lean" code.
Running lean on these modern engines = piston failure

where is your tune from? Was it one that was installed in your tuner when you bought it?
If so I would call Steeda or one of the other tuners out there and get a tune that matches your intake. Don't drive your car to much while its throwing that code. Put your stock intake back on and reinstall your stock tune

Yes ... if you are running the Steeda CAI ... you will definitely need a tune or a revision.
If you didn't purchase from us ... we can write you a tune for $99.00 or enroll you in our tunes for life for $150.00.
Let me know ... you can send me an email to tim@steeda.com & we can get you squared away with a tune!
Best Regards,
TJ

I guess I would call them and have them go over the tune file with you. They may have clicked on something they shouldn't have. I had one of their tunes throwing a to rich code recently and they wanted me to data log. I didn't think I should have to do that. So I called them and insisted we go over the file. They found a problem with the tune and sent me a revised tune which seems to be alright now. They even said but sir that is the same tune we send out to many customers. Sad part is I went and had a diagnostic test done for 90 bucks thinking there was something wrong with my car. 90 bucks is a nice chunk of beer money.
