Nice! Can we get some close ups and such? I'd like to see it from all angles.
It's great to see it on the car finally. Might make me change my minde again. How's the fit and finish? Easy to install?
Very glad to see it in play finally.

Sorry for the delay guys- its been super busy and Ive been out a lot. Im in today then gone again for the next week and a half. The Street Scene staff is up to speed on this item and will be working on this project. We did do the test fit and instruction sheet yesterday based on Toms Yellow Stang. ( the instruction sheet will be complete with photos as we shot the install on Toms car) The overall install is very easy and we did three installs on his car. Aluminum, black chrome and black powder coat. We didnt have the chrome grilles back yet so we couldnt shoot those but we did take pictures of the other 3 materials. Tom also took pictures of the 3 materials on his car. I think he can post these photos for you so you can see all the styles of materials. Tom decided to use the black powder coat as his final set up but he also liked the aluminum. We did have two small problems with the wire harness kit and we are making those corrections right now. We should be able to start shipping these 6 cylinder conversion kits next week as we have several hundred wire harnesses pre-made . All the final details are being worked on now by our staff. I think overall the install is very clean but you might want to ask Toms opinion as Im probally bias.. This has been a long process but the wait is now almost over..
[attachmentid=30861]the fit is good and the harness is great very clean. the prob was minor and is a very simple fix. i was pleased on how easy the grill comes in and out. on my car the yellow tabs and backround took away from the grill so when i got home i pulled it and painted out everything. i also took my pony and heated it up so i could put a slight bend in it. then i ca glued 4 nylon 10/32 screws in it and filled it with epoxy and reinstalled it.
Very nice Tom!
Perhaps you can come up with a way of modifying the stock emblem to add to this grille Mike? That sure does round out the package quite nicely!
EDIT: Just saw the pics Tom... DEFINITELY agree with your choice of
.Powder Coat. That's the way to go. With the pony on there... you
.really don't even notice that the grille patter is different from the
.GT's. Fit and finish looks superb.
.
.Ok Mike... you've got me back in your court again... All you need to
.do is come up with a modified factory emblem to add to the kit, keep
.it around $500, and I'd have to say I'll be back on the band waggon.
.
.That Factory emblem just MAKES it.

i think they are doing something i just was playing around went to home depot got some stuff and made the pony work. on the stock grill it flat mikes grill has a slight curve. so i heated then put a bend in it. worked ok
I know you said you had wired up the factory GT switch to work on your car Tom... did you end up using that, or did you go with the wiring harness Mike worked out? Looks like the latter. Got a pic of the switch (if you kept that setup)?
for the photo shoot i amusing thier switch. the small prob was that they had figured the harness based on a hot for the trigger. the ford switch uses a ground to trigger the relay. tony their tech can up with a quick fix now its ground. so i am going to use my switch today i was just slamed yesterday. when i get home ill post more pics im running late gata go sorry.
Hi Mike,
Well, this just shows my level of confusion on this. I was thinking this would be the cross-eyed version only, so I see that this places the Fogs at the same position as the stock GT grille, right? With that said, I have my own wiring and Ford Fog lights, and I would like to purchase just the grille. What will be the cost and estimated availability schedule for that?
Please advise, thanks, Brian.
