Seal exhaust leak!!!
Is it at a clamp, or a hole in the pipe? If it's at a clamp, you can pick up some exhaust putty, if it's a hole in the pipe you might need to do a bit more...
Did you try loosening the other clamps to get them to flex into the right position? I had to do that when I installed my headers.
My old F150's manifold is slightly warped and blows out donut gaskets pretty regular. The only thing I've found that works longest is silicone for wood stoves. It lasts about a year. The high temp auto stuff only lasts about 3 or 4 months.
if the pipe needs to be expanded a tad so the clamp will fit/seal better, you can get a free loaner pipe expander from autozone and do just that. I had to do that when I installed my xpipe.
