I dont know how many guys here have a Pro-Racer Package from SCT but they are now available in the new 3.0 Software. Also, if you have a 2.9 PRP then you can upgrade for $100.

This is on top of the cost of the X-2 or Livewire.

You mentioned the "Live Wire" so I'll ask. When will you get one for testing?

i just got mine about 2months ago. i really don't know which one it is cause i haven't messed with it much yet. could you tell by the tune i sent you?

 

Yes, if you have anything before now you have the 2.9, it is the one with the grey or brown screen. The 3.0 has a more user friendly interface and alot more colorful too, hahaaa.

I wont have any Livewire's until SCT's releases them in the first few months of 07'. The will hold the same tunes so there's no performance increase from them but they are alittle nicer of a unit. Mine will sell for $599.

hahaha...This info sure is causin' a ruckus over at the SCT site....(in the Pro Racer Forum). I posted about it there and there are a few doubting it because SCT it MUTE on the subject....

 

I'd consider buying the upgrade if BETTER and more concise/updated descriptions are available, and if Pro Racers can use 1 dongle on multiple PCs and for multiple databases (we may have more than 1 car to tune). Regular updates to the description file to keep it accurate are also welcome.
