Normally Aspirated Performance
I'm looking into this myself...
Cams and Long tubes will net the most.
Along with a CAI, Throttle Body, U/D pulleys, Tune of course..., exhaust.
Other things are like Charge motion delete plates, Manifold, and electrical water pump. All net some HP.

I am a good one to answer this since I believe I have done everything possible to my car and stayed N/A. But while I am very happy with the performance of my car it still isn't a cheap adventure. Here is a list of my mods in the order I would do them if I could do it all over. My list is by what I feel is the best seat of the pants gains. Not horsepower on a dyno. Some will disagree. For the record I have a 05 Convertible GT with an auto transmission. So if your a manual your order will be different.
C&L intake with Brenspeed 93 octane tune
NSR Comp Cams
4:10 rear gear
3000 rpm stall torque converter
Longtube headers without cats
1 piece aluminum driveshaft
Delete plates
Meziere electric waterpump/Steeda Underdrive pullies
These are the biggest item that will give you the biggest boost. It has been over 2 1/2 years since I have been on a dyno. Before the gears, torque converter my auto trans car put down 315/311 on Brenspeeds dyno. If you have a manual trans your numbers would be about 20/20 higher than mine. Hope this helps.

An additional 50 R.W.H.P. with FRPP Hot Rod cams, FRPP Throttle body, new FRPP 3V intake and Kooks LT's with a catted H Pipe.
I don't think it's easy or inexpensive to make NA power but I am very pleased with the results.
Also went from 3.73's to 4.10's probably the best mod, especially with the cams and intake.
I have Cams, Heads, LT's, Catted H, Intake, Custom Tune and a few minor things and I am putting down about 370rwhp... Just ordered FRPP Manifold and Throttle body so lets see what the numbers are in a few weeks...

You and I are pretty much the same except I have a JLT intake, and Hot Rod cams, with a 60 mm TB. I will be getting a new dyno tune soon so I will see wht the HP is then. The only other items I'd like to have is the new FRPP manifold, and FRPP ported heads.
