well i pretty much forgot to take any pics haha. got too involved and forgot to stop for pics. jsut how important is that bottom bolt haha? i cant seem to get it in at all. i taped the bolt to the allen wrench im using but even so still cant get it in. the top 3 were easy once i removed the alternator

ok its in. the bottom bolt still hasnt seated correctly. there is a gap between the bolt and the pump/block i am going to use a lock washer on it and be done with it. it will take up the gap and keep even tension all around. the top 3 bolts were easy as hell after i removed the alternator and my idler pully bracket(I have a KB supercharger). the wiring was extremely easy

Blue wires get crimped/soldered/heatshrinked together. black wires get grounded, orange wire went to the fuse box power wire, and the green went into an add-a-circut into fuse slot 40. all wires hidden and in wire loom. looks like a factory job. i got the coolant from 192 degrees F to 138 Degrees F in jsut over 500 seconds running the pump and my fan. not a bad deal. i jsut hope nothing leaks.

i did not drain the coolant, jsut pulled the old out and slapped in the new.

i also noticed that when driving the car, the idiot temp gauge is in the same spot as normal, but when you come to a red light, it drops all the way down to a quarter. not too shabby!!!

Why could you not get the bottom bolt in all the way?

Did you wire up a switch to ground pin 85 on the low speed fan relay?

Also, I'm curious where you mounted the water pump relay...

I already had the electric fan switch. Yes i used pin 85 on the low speed fan relay. i mounted the switch for the electric fan right in the engine bay fuse box cover

my relay is here. my fuse box and computer are relocated due to the kenne bell blower so i used the old mounting holes for the fuse box to mount the 2 relays, 1 for the intercooler pump and one for the electric h20 pump. so unless you have the kb blower, this wont work for you
