If This Clamp don't Hold it on Nothing will!

That clamp might make it worse. You need light clamping force. Sort of like if you hold an ice cube between your thumb and finger. If you hold lightly you are OK, put more pressure and the ice cube shoots out

I have to agree with 2MFF. The more you tighten it down the more likely it will squeeze off or deform your pipe with added engine heat.

I personally found that making the pipe end a rough surface with sand paper and cutting grooves with a dremel seemed to work great; however, I had no idea where the deforming of the pipe came into play (except heat of course).

The Spring Loaded Clamp allows for expansion and contraction without overtightening. These are used on turbo pipes with Boost Pressure. A regular clamp is more likely to get expanded and then become loose. The spring maintains a constant pressure and will not become loose.

Good looking clamp....MY JLT falls off from time to time as well and is really annoying.....I'll attempt some of the fixes mentioned above and see what I can get from them....
