JBA is saying they got 331hp from long tube headers, catted H-Pipe and axle backs, Steeda UDPs, CAI & Tune. Thats very good from what I have seen others posting. Anyone else seeing these type of gains? Iam impressed.

The blue HP curve looks a little funny after 5500 rpm. What's with the dip... and why is the peak at 6550?

 

BTW... JBA Racing dynoed my car 3 months ago, and got 319rwtq with just a CAI, and a basic Predator tune (not even the C&L-specific tune).

Q. Do I really think my auto trans car made 319rwtq?

A. No... they messed up the dyno pull.

 

are they pulling in 3rd or what, they have a "special" dyno that "gives" you 10-20 extra hp

 

If that was performed on a Dyno- Jet, it should be posted on the dyno chart.

weird thing is they got 0-60 4.9 and 1/4 13.5, i have done 13.4 and mine is 100% stock down to the paper airfilter

 

Something is VERY fishy about those numbers. I don't like dyno graphs that look like they were made in mspaint. How much are headers supposed to add anyway?

It's a Dyno Dynamics, and if I recall correctly, it's this model.

The chart I got from them didn't look like that either. It looked more like this example.

Yes, you could do that but make sure to note that the pull was done on a FicticiousDyno.

I have the JBA longtubes and off-road h-pipe, SCT X-cal 2, MMR intake but no UD pullies and my dyno numbers only reach 295rwhp/310rwtq N/A, I am not sure where they are getting the extra 40hp.

 

I also only lack the UD pullies and seem to have fallen short.... :bang: I guess if I added UD's and gained 8 RWHP that would put me within 10 RWHP of thier dyno... My torque is 1 better than thier's, go figure.

 

What RPM was your dyno shut off at

 

6,200 RPM's....
