Congrats! You won't believe the difference after you install the CAI and Brenspeed tunes..... let alone the exhaust mods!

CAI and Tuner
3.73 Ford Racing Gears
Aftermarket Short Throw Shifter
Steeda Lowering Springs
Eibach Camber Bolts
Alignment

That puts you almost exactly at $1500. You can then play with the rest later. Adding any CAI and Tune will assist the exhaust note a tiny bit and like everyone else is saying, baby-step the mods as you don't want to buy a bunch of things you find useless. Spread your money through power and stopping. If you go NOS or anything crazy, make sure you do brakes FIRST!

mission accomplished!!!

Well my install is done on everything. I put on a C&L street intake w/ Brenspeed tune, MGW shifter, FRPP X pipe and FRPP GTAs. All I can say is that my car has surpassed all of my expectations! I wasn't to impressed with the sound of the GTAs until I added the Brenspeed tune. My car feels every bit as fast (if not faster) than my old '93 5.0 with heads/cam/intake/gear/exhaust. More importantly, the fun level has easily doubled. It has truely turned my car from a relaxed smooth driving car to a fire breathing beast. First and second gear pull like I dropped in a set of 4.56s. The exhaust note is perfect with the tune. Finally, the crisp feel of the MGW shifter really makes me feel like I'm driving a race car. I just cant tell you how happy I am with this set-up. I had a lot of fun doing the install too. I just love working on my car. With that said, if anyone wants to do any of this work and needs a hand, PM me and with time permitting I would love to help out.

I need to get the windows tinted with all that expensive stereo stuff I put in - and mabey an alarm. After that I would have to say I will need to lower it and put good shocks/struts/swaybars. . . although I love being able to just slip my jack under there and jack it up w/ no prob now. Last time I lowered a car I needed to drive up on 2x4's to get the jack under it - PITA. I'd like to put those Shelby hood pins on too and mabey some interior accents. I'd love to put the GT500 steering wheeel on. I always have something I want to do. . . . but rarely have the $$$$$$$$

Glad to see you value your purchases. I felt the same way when I started modding. If you thought the power upgrades made a huge difference, wait until you do the suspension! I only regret the first summer I LOST when I didn't have the suspension. I drove the car 12K miles before I "fixed" it.

Well, your on your way. Just remember you will NEVER be done, so enjoy each step!

Welcome to the mod-money-pit! Plan out everything you want to do so you don't end up with stuff you don't need when you're done.

[anyone want my K&N intake? ]

Consider LCA's with those suspension mods. They work great with springs and shocks/struts

I just went through a similar run, added a set of 4.10s last weekend. I know EXACTLY how you feel, both from an excitement stand-point, and the desire to do more without the $$$$$$$ at the ready It's addicting, can't wait to do the next mods!!!!

I've never had my car tuned... Had a K&N CAI for about a month and sold it. Had the car a year this March. I know I've broken some kinda modding rule by not tuning yet

I have the Brenspeed C&L intake/tune, the Ford/Borla stingers, Pypes H-pipe, and Saleen short shifter adapter.

I love it.

Next mod will be a true short shifter
