Good gapping plug write up with pics?

I'm going to gap some plugs to .35 tomorrow and need a great write up for someone who has never done them before.

Also, I keep hearing mixed stories about how the HT1 OEM plugs are a pain to get out of our heads, is that true?

I've changed mine several times and it's not too bad. I had about 18k miles on the car the first time and I had no problem removing them. I didn't follow the TSB and just carefully removed them. I assume you have one of the gapping tools , so just take your time and gap them slowly so you don't close the gap too much. Also , you need to release the screw on the plug before you check the gap , as it will open up a little once the pressure is removed ...
