Filter Help

Was wondering which of these filters (see link below) are a direct replacement for the C&L Street Intake? I like the look of the blue filters better, plus the fact that they are a dry filter and have the chrome top

I did the same exact thing... now I just cannot remember which #### Amsoil filter I bought!

I'll see if I can dig up the box when I get off work.

I bought the EeAU4090, but it's a touch too long. I had to trim the base to get it not to contact the fender.

You need one that is 8" in length, I have the racer so the inlet is 4". I'm not sure what the street inlet size is.

So if you had it to do again, which filter would you buy?

EeAU4070 I guess.. It seems like that would be the next smaller size.

It doesn't fit that bad. You just need to trim it alittle.

Thank you very much for the help. Just ordered the EaAU4090. I decided I was willing to deal with a little more headache for more filter area. Is the trimming difficult?

I just took a razor blade and trimmed alittle off the base.

I have the C&L Racer intake and had gotten the same AmsOil filter for mine. I didn't think of trimming the base....sounds great! Thanks for that info guys
