Exhaust leak noise with Pypes OR H Pipe?

Hey guys,

I know there's been alot of threads about these pipes, but I had a slight concern about a "slight" exhaust leak sound from my pipes. Before anyone asks, they ARE welded at the H joint. Is this normal to some degree or anything else I should check? Overall, I love these pipes. I even love that "tinny" sound they make!

thanks!

Mine always sounded like it was leaking, even after I get it welded up. But welding stopped the vibration noise. Easy way to tell if you pipes are leaking, get under it and look for black soot stains around the joints. Mine didn't leak and was tight as a drum, just loud as hell and had the trumpet sound at 2300 rpm.

Ok cool, I'm not sweating it. Just wondering if it was "normal" . I'll stick my head under there 2night.

thanks!
