Now there's an understatement if I've ever read one. It'll be more like crazy quick. Not insanely quick, but you have the need for speed obsession like most of us. I'll bet by the end of this season you'll be insanely quick.

I hear ya George. Maybe at mid 11 timeslip.

well stated lawman, tho i don't entirely agree. i think JR does seem to come across online with a lot more attituted than he intends. remember that there is no tone of voice on here, which at first i questioned, but after meeting him and seeing how well he knows his stuff and how professional he acts in person, i can vouch for his authenticity. the 50-60 magazine articles on the walls of this office alone should be reason to at least take his point of view somewhat seriously...tho he is very up front and straight forward salesman ...after good results with that throttle body, he easily sold me a set of his drive shaft loops (...see me bringing the discussion back?...)

Your experience with him is the same as mine. In person he's a real good guy and not the least bit arrogant. I don't agree regarding his tone. He backs up what he says with facts and he offers open invitations to naysayers to examine the products and find fault with them. What is he supposed to do - engage in false humility so as not to potentially offend. Granatelli's got some good products. So do others. I think he is trying to compete with the bigger manufacturers and honestly feels he has better products than many of them. So maybe people are detecting some latent frustration in his posts because he is trying to convince people of things he believes to be true. All I'm saying is if his product stinks than attack the product with facts that support the argument instead of attacking him. Personal attacks are not helpful to people like me who just want to get good solid information about parts and mods.

Because steel is A LOT cheaper... and you're talking about minimal weight savings for parts this small.

Carbon Fiber is not forgiving and if the driveshaft did break CF would add insult to injury
