Difference between Stage 1, 2 and 3 Clutches?

Whats the difference. I'm new to manual shift and eventually i know im gonig to need a cluthc. Got 11k on her now with no problem but ive also done only 2 burnouts cause im afraid to screw up the clutch.

The torque rating goes up which is the holding power and the streetability usually goes down- If you are going to be using it for mainly everyday use and not much track use I would just go with a stage 1 as it will be plenty. I went with a stage 3 and it is overkill but I will have peace of mind.
