Clearance problem installing LFP TB?

Clearance problem installing 62mm throttle body?
I'm finally getting around to installing this but the bottom of the throttle body motor housing is hitting the alternator bracket and is keeping it about 1/2" away from the intake. Anybody else have this problem or am I doing something wrong?

Hopefully in these pics you can see where it is sitting on the alternator bracket. It looks like it'll go on but there's a little bit of pressure against it from the alternator bracket.
